Throughout 2025, the NMI Natural and Medical Sciences Institute team has been actively engaged in promoting the WoundSens project. We’ve compiled a brief recap of some of the key activities, highlighting their crucial role in bringing this initiative closer to diverse audiences.
The NMI institute itself has served as a central hub for the project’s dissemination, organizing several events over the past months. Among these, we recall the presentation of WoundSens to students at the Science Lunch held in February, the WoundSens Seminar in May, and the NMI Open House: Lab Tour in September.
Beyond their own facilities, the NMI team has also received invitations from other nearby research centers and institutes, such as the Deutsche Institute für Textil- und Faserforschung (DITF) in Denkendorf, where they successfully presented the WoundSens project in July. We would also like to acknowledge their active participation in conferences and trade fairs, with the Swiss Medtech Expo being a recent highlight, where they showcased our initiative at a dedicated booth.
This truly represents a remarkable dissemination effort that we wanted to acknowledge.
We continue our journey aiming to achieve the widest possible reach for this revolutionary wound care initiative!
